Amazing game to play anywhere anytime.
Mostly everyone knows this game by now, a great open world RPG, Skyrim is always a fantastic time sink.The Switch version runs very steady and looks awesome in docked or handheld modes and contains all 3 DLC built in. It doesn't get old playing an epic 200+ hour RPG in your hands while in bed, on commute, on the toilet, on the couch, during sex, while eating, or bathing. Worth every penny, but if you already played the crap out of this game the Switch version doesn't add much new except motion controls and complete freedom to play it whenever and wherever.

This game port is better then it has any right to be. If I had to compare the graphics alone to previous releases it's somewhere in between the ps3 and ps4 release. Some people say that the graphics look dated, but the graphics looked dated when it first launched, it's just the nature of the Elder Scrolls series. You play this for the gameplay which is very open ended, it give you a lot of freedom and you can play anyway you want. Blast enemies with magic one minute then switch to a Battleaxe and cleave enemies heads open. The game gives you a good variety of gameplay options and ways of completing missions and progressing story. The main story isn't the worst thing but you do have a lot of fun with it with the game setting you up for victory. Because of the optional difficulty settings that you can toggle at anytime the game can be as easy or as challenging as you want. Because it is an open world game you can process with quests and story in any order you want and at your own pace or you can mess around and get nothing done but still have a fun time. But because of all the freedom you get the game does have it's fair share of issues. First off the game has a lot of glitches almost none of who've are game breaking and almost always have some sort of work around. Like quest markers not showing up (which is extremely rare) or certain quest Npcs not advancing (also extremely rare) but again these have work around. Some of the smaller glitches are Npcs following you in or out of buildings when speaking to you, occasionally an npc or item clipping through the floor or armor causing your character to be bald while equipped. This is how the game has always been but in its 7 years of being released it has never diminished the gameplay experience if even just offering a few laughs when Mammoths float in midair or dogs are sitting on top of people's heads. The game is less glitchy then the Ps3 that's for sure. The game is also packed to the brim with content. I've owned 3 versions of this game on Ps3, PC and now switch and between those 3 consoles I may have sunk 800 hours and now on the switch I am seeing all kinds of content I never did before. If anything the game is good for when you just want to relax from your first person shooters or competitive multiplayer games. The combat is also pretty fun although you're new to the serious you'll likely devolve combat into either spamming spells or swinging your weapon over and over again until you get into the meat of it and learn how to push back enemies, flinch of block moves. Its a good game. Take it from someone who has bought the game multiple times, it really is that good.

This review will be for the console version, more than the game itself. It runs pretty smoothly for a handheld game. The graphics look great in my opinion, even if they've been turned down for the Switch. No mods available for this version, but if you're looking for portable adventure, it is great for that. I have had minimal crashing, just the occasional one or two. The switch will say the program unexpectedly closed and will take you to the home screen. I've had it crash on other consoles like XBOX too, so this isn't much concern. Minor inconvenience. Looks great on the TV if you're using the Original Switch (not Lite). Controls may take a little getting used to if you're using Joy Cons. The sensitivity is kind of high, even when I adjust it.

Otherwise, game plays as expected and it's the classic adventure you expect.

I was afraid that this would look ugly and run poorly, but it's actually pretty great. I play exclusively in handheld mode and I'm pretty impressed with the performance the Switch puts out on this. Load times are longer than I'm used to playing on PC, but I think it's faster than it was when it was originally released on 360/PS3. In about five hours of play I haven't noticed any frame drops, everything stays smooth. It looks about 1000x better than Skyrim VR.

The only problem I have is that the game is really dark at times and unless you're playing in a dark room the reflection of light off of the screen makes it a little difficult to see the game. If you just want to huddle up in bed and get lost in the game like I do, this isn't an issue. But if you're truly looking to take Skyrim on the go this will probably be an annoying problem to deal with.

Skyrim is still as glitchy as it always has been, so don't expect any improvements there. But if you haven't played in a bit this is a great way to jump back into the game for another go. Definitely worth buying if you want to play the game in handheld mode, but if not just stick to PS4/XBOX/PC.

This game has so much to offer, between the beautiful graphics, new tilt controls, deep story lines, and the multitude of ways you can play, whether you like taking the sneaky approach, blowing your enemies to smithereens with fireballs, charging in like a tank and taking all of your enemies on blade to blade with a sword, this game has so much to give its players, I have now played it 3 times on different consoles doing different things each time , still not finishing the game entirely, and each time is more fun than the last and still offers a LOT to players who have "beaten" the main quest (after all there's more than one problem to solve in Skyrim). It has a TON of after main quest-quest lines that offer a lot of great power to your character if you are willing and daring enough to play. they definitely did a good job with the port from the console and PC. and for returning players: you won't be disappointed.

Já joguei várias horas de Skyrim no PC, e mesmo assim, estou adorando jogar novamente no Switch. O jogo é perfeito na plataforma, por conta da portabilidade do aparelho. O port em si está muito bem feito e roda perfeitamente bem, sem ficar muito atrás das versões dos outros consoles - com exceção dos fatores óbvios (taxa de frames, e a diminuída nas texturas), parece que está tudo lá.

E a entrega pela Games4 foi sem problemas, como sempre.
