About the author

Lisa Fritsch is a social and political strategist and advocate for the underrepresented. She's been a social and political activist for nearly 15 years. Lisa was a talk-radio show host for over 12 years and a national radio and television commentator appearing regularly on Fox News Channel’s “Glenn Beck,” “Your World with Neil Cavuto,” and Fox News 7. She has also appeared on MSNBC, CNN, BET, and Univision and has been featured and/or published in internet publications and newspapers such as The Huffington Post, The Daily Beast, Breitbart, The Blaze, The Dallas Morning News, The Washington Times, The Austin American Statesman, World Net Daily and many more.
Lisa ran in the 2014 Republican Primary for Governor of Texas to challenge the status quo and an agenda to represent the underrepresented: women’s rights, dignity for immigrants, education reform, entrepreneurial access and opportunity for all Texans including the 18% of working Texans living in poverty, her campaign raised consciousness across Texas and nationwide receiving endorsements from BAMPAC, Central Texas Coalition for Life, National Republican Trust PAC and Texans United for Reform and Freedom.
Lisa is the Executive Director of the PHENOMENALISM.org (launching in 2016 with phenomenal stories), a non-profit equipping women of color to lead globally in the 21st century and creator of The Humility Project, a research and story sharing blog navigating humility as the path to peace, power, and purpose.

This book isn't political, but it's perfect for political people, such as myself. I spend my days seeing everything through a political lens, and whether I'm right or wrong, it doesn't change anything or anyone. Lisa has thrown away that lens altogether and she sees people as people; as God's children.
This book has made me start to think differently, in a more human way that leads me to believe I can be who I am, minus the political strife. Sure, I can hold on to my values and vote for the best candidate, but I don't have to be a pawn n their chessboard.
It's a very quick read, but deep and enlightening. Quite an irony, for a reader who approached this book expecting to find more political fodder. Highly recommended!
Lisa is absolutely right, Christians are called to be the Salt and Light of the World, not a registered member of the GOP. She is brutally honest in correcting herself and stepping away from her former "platform." We can all learn something from this book about what it means to have faith, hope, and love in a world that is hungry for truth.
This is the best $.99 and 30 minutes that you will spend on a political book.
We need to take a lesson on how the first immigrants were treated by the first Americans. Those of us who are not super wealthy need to support Lisa and take our government back!
This book will help me tremendously managing hundreds of employees who are minorities. Thank you very much. I look forward to the next book.
